Managing Partner

JP Runge shapes product concepts into viable businesses. For 20 years, he has enjoyed collaborating with global brands to build and launch customer facing B2C and B2B digital businesses. He has helped 5 of the 13 Fortune 100 technology companies launch new product lines, from concept through post-launch adoption. His industry experience spans Healthcare, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, and Consumer Software & Electronics. JP spent the early part of his career in New York, at both DoubleClick and Microsoft, before leading client initiatives for medium and large global consulting firms, and ultimately launching Trivet in 2021. When he’s not dreaming up new solutions for your business, you can find JP at home in Nashville with his wife and their two sons.

Kim Harris aligns business objectives with corporate strategy to create lasting change. For 20 years, she has enjoyed collaborating with companies of all industries and sizes to navigate periods of change and transformation, bringing cross-functional teams together for a common purpose, and making real ideas relevant. Her focus on business, operational, and functional strategy has a clear tie to execution and integration. Her certifications in SAFe Agile and Prosci Change Management support her passion in the areas of Total Experience, Change Management, Business Transformation, Operational Improvement, and Talent Management. Before launching Trivet in 2021, Kim worked for medium and large professional services firms that focused heavily in the Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing, Technology, and Healthcare sectors, bringing value through transparency and authenticity. Kim lives in Nashville where she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and cheering for the Crimson Tide.


Christina Watts

Christina is passionate about helping organizations navigate change through the lens of their customers and employees. She has a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to people and technology. For 20 years, she has helped companies of all sizes and industries using her strengths in Change Management, Human Resources, Data & Analytics, Customer & Employee Engagement, and Technology Transformation. She is a strategic partner, strong communicator, certified in change management, highly analytical and resourceful. Christina lives in Nashville and enjoys listening to live music, spending time with family and friends and exploring the world.
